What CAWA SCAN is

CAWA SCAN is a prototype service that gives AI-assisted information about possible conditions on coffee leaves, together with general educational content. It currently covers coffee leaves only.

Not a diagnosis

Results are AI-assisted information, not a guaranteed diagnosis. Similar symptoms can have different causes.
Any certainty shown is the AI service's own estimate and is not a guarantee of accuracy.
Guidance is general. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified agricultural extension worker or plant-health specialist.
CAWA SCAN does not recommend specific chemicals, mixtures or application rates. Always follow product labels and expert advice.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Upload only photos you are entitled to share, and avoid photos of people.
Do not try to access other people's data, overload the service or get around its limits.
We may limit or close accounts that misuse the service.

Service availability

CAWA SCAN is a prototype. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Responsibility

Decisions about your crops remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, CAWA SCAN is not responsible for losses that result from relying on its results without confirming them with a qualified specialist.
