About this skirt
A pencil skirt lives or dies on two things — where it sits on the waist, and how long the vent is. Ours sits at the natural waist and the vent runs eight inches, which is the difference between walking normally and taking small steps all day.
Fully lined so it does not cling, and the lining is cut on the same grain so it does not twist in the wash.
