Reserving before you come
There is no contact form here on purpose. Add your sizes to the cart and press checkout — your whole list arrives with us in one WhatsApp message, along with whether you want to collect or pay on delivery, and a person in the shop replies.
Start with the shop, or go straight to your cart if you have already picked things out.
Finding the shop
Kooki Tower, Kampala, Uganda — kampala city centre. Ask for us by name at the entrance and you will be pointed up.
There is a full mirror and a fitting room, and you are welcome to try on as much as you like. Saturdays get busy after midday; weekday mornings are quiet.
Delivery and payment
We deliver countrywide. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you — nothing is taken up front, and nothing is charged on this website.
Delivery is arranged on WhatsApp once the order is confirmed, and the rider is paid on arrival. Within Kampala most orders arrive the same day; upcountry depends on the bus or courier schedule, and we tell you which before you commit.
Prefer to collect? Choose shop pickup instead and we hold your size at Kooki Tower for 48 hours.
Corporate orders and bulk
We dress whole teams — reception, front office and sales floors — in matching blazers and skirts, with sizes taken on site anywhere in Kampala. Email hello@lotusclothingstore.ug or message the number below with how many people and we will come back within a working day.
