Who is resetting?

Members: ask your SACCO office to reset your app password.
SACCO head/treasurer: ask another admin at your SACCO to reset it for you.

System recovery

Only the platform operator account can self-reset here.
  • At least 6 characters
  • A small letter (a to z)
  • A capital letter (A to Z)
  • A number (0 to 9)
  • A symbol (! ? # @ and the like)
  • Not your name, your SACCO, or something like "Password1!"
